Digital products

ModComStack currently sells digital products. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, products are supplied electronically through an automatic download link after checkout.

No returns or refunds after access

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all sales are final once a download link or other access to the product has been made available. Order cancellation

Digital delivery begins automatically after checkout. For this reason, we cannot cancel an order once payment has been completed and a download link or other access has been made available.

Technical issues and incorrect items

If you did not receive your download link, cannot access or open a file, or received an incorrect item, contact us at support@modcomstack.com. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will work with you to restore access or correct the issue. If we cannot resolve a confirmed delivery or access issue, we will review the appropriate remedy.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that apply to you under mandatory law. Customers in the European Union or United Kingdom may have additional rights.
